Our mission

Two things bring us to the table

Teach people how to be creative with plants

We show you how to turn everyday vegetables, grains, and legumes into bold, global dishes, so plant-forward cooking feels inspiring, never limiting.

Building community

Every class gathers a Crew of 6 around one table, turning a shared, plant-based meal into lasting connections and new friendships.

The goals of every class

Why we gather

Re-imagine plants

Discover how vegetables, grains, and legumes can be the star of the plate.

Create a flavorful experience

Bold, global recipes that prove plant-based food is anything but bland.

Build community

What to expect

An afternoon in three courses

Every class is a Crew: a group of 6 friends, family, or colleagues who cook, laugh, and eat together.

Cook together

Pair up and take on one recipe per pair, with Stacy guiding every chop, simmer and taste.

Share the meal

Let’s “break bread”...Every pair brings their dish to the table, and together it becomes a full plant-forward feast.

Choices

Where else can the benefits be observed?

Mis-en-place
Everything in its place. In the kitchen, this mindset ensures flawless execution and incredible efficiency. In business relationships, it does the exact same thing. True preparation means mapping out a client’s culture, goals, and environment before you sit down to talk. Don’t present a fully baked solution before you know what your client is actually hungry for.
Agility
Physical agility requires the right fuel. Relationship agility requires the right mindset. To build strong partnerships, you must act and adapt swiftly. Anyone can handle the smooth, positive interactions. True agility shows up during the negative and unexpected moments. It demands that you confidently step into uncomfortable territory. Stop playing it safe. Get comfortable with the uncomfortable: BE AGILE!
Focus
Brain health requires the right nutrients. Relationships require your undivided attention. Listening is the ultimate relationship superpower. It demands that you focus strictly on what your clients, colleagues, and friends need from you. Drop the multitasking and start intentionally listening. The results will speak for themselves.
Decision making
Cooking is a masterclass in real-time decision-making. From timing and temperature to knife skills and spices, every second requires a choice. Healthy relationships demand that exact same balance: making swift, highly thoughtful decisions. It comes down to knowing exactly when to initiate a connection, how to carefully nurture it, and how to continuously build toward the ultimate goal—a deeply trusted partnership.
Taking risks
In the kitchen, the best dishes rarely come from blindly following a recipe. Great chefs take risks—they experiment with spices, swap ingredients, and break the rules to elevate a dish. Relationship building requires that exact same courage. Take a risk by offering a bold opinion or giving honest, direct feedback, even if it feels controversial. Pick up the phone and call a client with zero agenda other than checking in on their family. If you want extraordinary results in cooking and in business, you have to get comfortable taking risks.

Outcomes

  • Build better networking skills
  • Develop long-lasting relationships
  • Challenge the norms
  • Show up as your best

  3. Share any dietary needs

Let us know about allergies or restrictions in advance so everyone can enjoy the meal safely.

  4. Cook, then gather

Arrive, meet Stacy and Noah, pair up, and cook. Then sit down together , “break bread” for the meal you created.
